I swear this is the healthiest holiday I’ve ever had.
Snacks:
- Shrimp cocktail
- Nuts
- Guacamole and plantain chips
- Cold picked crab
- Cheese plate
Dinner:
- Turkey with oysters baked inside with aromatics
- Cauliflower bisque
- Raw kale and brussels sprouts salad
- Roasted vegetable salad
- Potato and delicata squash salad with arugula, pomegranate seeds
- Smashed sweet potatoes - portion made for me without sugar
- Mashed potatoes with rosemary and chive
- Stuffing - portion made for me without bread with mixed mushrooms and herbs
- Cranberry relish and cranberry sauce
Dessert
- Apple pie and pumpkin pie that were driven down from some farm in New Hampshire. I ate some of the filling out of the pumpkin, holy hell do I love pie, and it was FANTASTIC! Saw the ingredients and that was a homemade pie my friends. Yum-O. PIE PIE PIE!
- 3 ice creams - all gone, they ate them up! Two people want to buy the maple and one the cheese. Woo!
