eatmypaleo: My butchers gifted me with bacon so to make it last longer chopped some up to bake, topped with pepper. If I had gone baking le bacon in strips then I would have been doomed to munch them all! Irresistible. Roasted potatoes, a poached egg, crispy piggy. Good times
