Grilled Cedar Smoked Salmon with Spice Rub

INGREDIENTS:
2 TBS paprika
2 TBS salt
1 TBS brown sugar, light, (optional)
2 lb salmon, filet
2 TBS lemon pepper
1 natural cedar plank, (untreated), *
Cooking Instructions
 
Soak under water for at least one hour: 
1  						   natural cedar plank (untreated), *

Preheat your grill to medium-low heat, about 350ºF.
Wash and pat dry with paper towels: 
2  						   lb salmon, filet

In a small bowl combine: 
2  						   TBS salt
2  						   TBS lemon pepper
2  						   TBS paprika
1  						   TBS brown sugar, light, (optional)

Press the spice rub all over the salmon.
Place soaked plank on the grill, close the lid and heat for 3 minutes.
Flip plank over and place the spice-rubbed salmon over the hot plank.
Close the lid of the grill and cook about 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
